Getting started
Use the /call command and enter the number in full international format (for example, +1 for the US or +44 for the UK) followed by the area code and number.
Log in with Discord on this site, buy a credit bundle, and add the bot to your server. Then join a voice channel and use /call.
No. Log in, buy credits, and use the bot straight away.
The invite asks for View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Read Message History, Connect, Speak, and Use Voice Activity, and nothing else.
Calling
Ringcord uses Dynamic Local Presence. Our system automatically detects the destination country and displays a caller ID number from that same country. This ensures your calls look familiar and professional to the recipient, regardless of where you are calling from in the world.
No. The numbers displayed are system-generated for outgoing calls only. Any attempts to call the number back will not be connected to your Discord account.
Each call includes 10 minutes. You can extend a call in 10-minute blocks for $0.45 each.
No. Ringcord can't carry calls to emergency services such as 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK or 112 in the EU. Keep a regular phone for emergencies.
Billing
$0.50 starts a call with 10 minutes included, and each 10-minute extension costs $0.45. One credit is one US cent. See pricing.
No. Credits stay in your wallet until you use them.
We use geolocation to show you the estimated cost in your local currency based on the current USD exchange rate. You can manually override this using the currency selector in the menu. Checkout is charged in USD.
Checkout runs on Stripe and takes card payments. Credits are added to your wallet once Stripe confirms the payment.
If a call fails to connect because of a Ringcord system error, those credits are refunded. Report the problem within 14 days with your Discord user ID and transaction ID. Refunds don't cover a change of mind once credits are bought and the service works. Read the refund policy.
Privacy and legal
Your Discord account details, login history with IP addresses, wallet and payment records, call logs, and a hardware ID for fraud prevention. We don't sell personal data. Read the privacy policy.
Yes, we collect a unique Hardware ID (HWID) strictly for security, anti-fraud, and to prevent service abuse. This data is handled in accordance with our 30-day deletion policy.
Ask the support team. Once the request is verified, erasure completes across primary systems and backups within 30 days, unless the data is under a legal hold or part of an investigation.
Harassment is a strict violation of our terms. We cooperate with government and law enforcement agencies upon legal request. Furthermore, any user found in breach of our terms agrees to indemnify Ringcord and cover all associated legal fees and court costs.
